Pre-Gym 18m - 3yr:

Our Pre-Gym program places an emphasis on a fun and creative curriculum that is designed to ignite the imagination in each child. The classes serve as a physically appropriate introduction to skill progressive gymnastics and is designed to enhance body awareness, balance, coordination, core strength, self-confidence, and social interaction with others.

Pre-Gym 18m - 3yr teaches basic motor skills such as strength, flexibility, balance, and following directions by jumping, running, rolling, skipping, stretching, and turning on the balance beam, bars, trampoline, incline mats, tunnels and various games.

Pre-Gym 18m - 3yr is an interactive experience for parents and/or caregivers and children ages 18 Months to 3 years old, encompassing the exploration of body awareness, beginning strength, balance and movement skills, and social interaction with others.

Lunch Bunch:
***MUST BE 3 YRS OLD by January 1, 2025***
***MUST BE FULLY POTTY TRAINED, No pullups or diapers***

Gymnastics Lunch Bunch teaches strength, flexibility, balance, and following directions by jumping, running, skipping, stretching, turning, rolling, cartwheels, backbends, handstands, casts, and tap swings on the uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline, and floor exercise using incline mats, octagons, tunnels and various games.

Preschool gymnastics is open to boys and girls ages 3 through 5 years. It serves as a physically appropriate introduction to skill progressive gymnastics and is designed to enhance body awareness, balance, coordination, core strength and self-confidence.

Coaches will pick children up from Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool and walk them over to the Gymnastics Center at noon. The kids will change clothes and eat lunch in the Gymnastics Center classrooms. They will then have a 45 minute gymnastics class. Pick-up is at the Gymnastics Center at 1:25pm.

Split Payments:
The full session cost is $459
2 payments of $229.50 (1st payment at time of registration and 2nd payment due March 2026; we will charge the card on file)

Coaches from the gymnastics department will pick children up from Peachtree Presbyterian Preschool and walk them over to the Gymnastics Center at 12:00 p.m. The children will change into their gymnastics attire, have lunch, and have a 45 - 50 minute gymnastics class. Pick-up is in the Gymnastics Center lobby at 1:30 p.m.; parents are to arrive at 1:25 p.m. Pick-ups after 1:30 p.m. are subject to a late pick-up fee. Please send your student with a change of athletic clothes and leotard. *Leotard for girls only.

MomCo Gymnastics:
Children will learn gymnastics, tumbling and dance. We teach strength, balance and locomotor skills through gymnastics, tumbling and innovative games. Gymnastics includes skills on the balance beam, uneven bars, Tumble Trak trampoline, vault, and spring floor.

Children need to bring a snack, sack lunch, water bottle and athletic shoes.

Required attire: leotard or cotton athletic clothes (no buttons or zippers please) and hair pulled back.

Boys Gymnastics & Ninja:
Our Boys Gymnastics Program is a progressive recreational gymnastics program, for boys ages 5 years and up. The class introduces and continues the skill building blocks for strength and gymnastics development. Boys will learn elements of "Ninja" training including speed obstacle coordination, wall flips and tumbling. This is a high energy and exciting class. Please note: Classes stretch out altogether then are divided into boys and girl classes.

Level 1: Teaches foundation gymnastics skills (handstand, bridge kickover, pullover, forward and backward rolls, cartwheel and round-off)

Level 2: Intermediate gymnastics skills.
Working towards back handspring, advanced jumps, circle skills on bars, handstand flatback and front handsprings on vault)

Girls Rec Level 1:
Girls Recreational Level 1 is ideal for beginner athletes. It teaches foundation skills and no prerequisites are required.

Our Advanced Girls Rec Level 3 Gymnastics Program teaches strength, flexibility and balance using the USA Gymnastics (USAG) certified compulsory Skills and routines level 3 & 4 on the uneven bars, balance beam, vault, and floor exercise.

The progressive recreational gymnastics curriculum, for girls ages 7 years and up, introduces and continues the skill-building blocks for gymnastics development and competition all over the State of Georgia.

Leotard Sizing:
At the beginning of the session, we will begin sizing children for leotards. All Girls Recreational Gymnastics classes will be receiving a leotard a few weeks into the session.

Tumbling:
Tumbling Level 1 focuses on basic tumbling skills such as Handstand, Cartwheels, Round-offs, Bridge Kick-overs, Back & Front Walkover, a variety of Rolls and preparing for intermediate tumbling skills.

Tumbling Level 2 focuses on mastering the back walkover, drilling and learning the back handspring, working advanced rolls, round-off with jump connections and the front handspring.

Tumbling Level 2 Requirements: Cartwheel, Round-off, Backbend Kickover (Back walkover preferred), Forward and Backward Rolls

Tumble & Cheer Prep:
Tumble & Cheer Prep class teaches a variety of jumps, motions, cheers, chants, beginner & intermediate tumbling and low level stunts. This class is ideal for athletes wanting to learn cheer basics for middle school and high school cheer squads in a low pressure fun environment. The class is geared towards preparing athletes for cheer try-outs.

Tumble & Cheer Prep classes take place in the Gymnastics Center.

Custom Class:
Custom classes are designed to accommodate small groups of students (7 - 8 kids). Custom classes typically have a common focus and goal. There is a seven student minimum to create a custom class.

Custom classes are available for ages 18 months - 18 years. Common focus goals include: tumbling, cheer, specific gymnastics skills, and social development activities. Let us know how we can best serve your group!

Unlimited make-up classes are available. Students will partake in comparable recreational classes for make-ups.

Pricing:
Pre-Gym Custom Classes are 45 minutes and $425 per student for the session

Gymnastics or Tumbling Custom Classes are 1 hour and $475 for the session
