Pre-Competitive Programs

Ages 3 - 8

The Pre-Competitive Program is developmentally progressive and prepares gymnast for the competitive environment by maintaining a focused, skill specific and competitive structured class. Attendance to practices is required.

Our Mighty Mites program teaches gymnasts strength, flexibility, and balance using the USA Gymnastics (USAG) certified compulsory skills and mastering competitive skills for level 1 - 2.

Our HotShots program teaches gymnasts strength, flexibility, and balance using the USA Gymnastics (USAG) certified compulsory skills and competitive routines for level 2 - 3.

Our PowerPuff program teaches gymnasts the skills and conpetitive routines for competiting USAG Level 3. 

Competitions are held throughout the metro Atlanta area in the fall.
