Getting ready for an upcoming event and want to learn or refresh your dance steps? This class is a wonderful introduction to the most popular and useful dances. You will learn the basic steps for Foxtrot, Swing, Disco and Salsa and the basic principles of partnering, so you can move with confidence on the dance floor. Another benefit, dance is clinically proven to improve memory and mood, plus tone your body to improve balance coordination, mobility and endurance. You do NOT need a partner. Roy has taught professionally since the 60's, and he can teach anyone to dance.
